Our customer is looking for SCALA developer for remote long
term (6+months) open-ended assignment.
Customer is a leading global information and measurement
a company that enables companies to understand consumers
and consumer behavior.The company measures and monitors what consumers watch
(programming, advertising) and what consumers buy
(categories, brands, products) on a global and local basis.
Job responsibilities:
Support of high load system running on Akka and Spark,
providing APIs to access to big data marketing.
Creation of additional microservices
Requirements:
3-5 years of Java/Scala application building experience in a
professional environment
Excellent coding skill in Scala and Java
Good knowledge Apache Spark, Akka, SBT
Experience with Play framework
Fluent English (both speaking and writing)
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development cycle
